| 2007-12-13 // UR Holding S.p.A. has published its nine-month report for the 2007 financial year |

|
• Revenues almost unchanged at EUR 36.8 million in first nine months • EBIT of EUR 1.01 million • Geographical expansion advanced Milan, 13 December 2007: UR Holding S.p.A. has published its nine-month report for the 2007 financial year. At 36,813 EUR/K, revenues remained at the previous year’s level of 37,162 EUR/K. In the reporting period, EBIT amounted to 1,007 EUR/K, which was less than the 1,738 EUR/K reported in the same period of the previous year. At 2,408 EUR/K, the Company’s liquid assets were considerably higher than in the same period of 2006 (1,044 EUR/K). The equity base increased considerably in comparison to the first nine months of 2006. At the end of the first nine months of the 2007 financial year, the equity ratio was 38.2% compared with 20.7% in 2006. Investments in expanding the international market position, already established in 9 countries, are reflected in the earnings development of the first 9 months of 2007. The strategy of expansion, which is dominated by medium to long-term goals within the Group, resulted in start-up costs which were deliberately incurred. The acquisition of the Austrian B.E.S.T. Electronics Distribution GmbH is confirmation of the management’s strategy. In addition to a development which after only a short time is already 20% above internal planning, the path was smoothed for market entry in East Europe. “A comprehensive international presence guarantees the customer extensive product distribution as well as quick response times for our products and services. This also benefits our individual companies with regard to the various market developments as we have seen in the first nine months. Although the German subsidiary lagged behind expectations, we generated earnings of EUR 1 million due to the fact that other countries exceeded planning. We expect better results for Germany in the future on the basis of measures that have been initiated. As a result of the redistribution of divisional functions, we regard ourselves as optimally positioned for the competition”, commented Giovanbattista Laghezza, CEO of UR Holding S.p.A.

| 2007-09-13 // UR Holding S.p.A. published its 2007 half-year report. |

|
In the first six months of the current fiscal year, the company increased revenues from EUR 23,574 thousand in the equivalent period of the previous year by EUR 1,462 thousand to EUR 25,036 thousand. This represents an increase of 6.2 percent. For the reporting period of the first halfyear of 2007, EBIT totalled EUR 683 thousand (previous year: EUR 1,219 thousand). To the reporting date, cash and cash equivalents of the company totalled EUR 2,838 thousand after EUR 998 thousand in the previous year. In comparison to the first half year of 2006, the equity ratio moved up from 21 percent to 37 percent in the first half year of 2007.
“The development of the UR Holding is on track, with order margins stable. In the reporting period we further expanded our international market position as well as optimising internal structures. The earnings decline is due to the scheduled investments to expand business activities on the rapidly changing high-tech component market,” stated Giovanbattista Laghezza, CEO at UR Holding S.p.A.
“The satisfactory trend in the operating business was overshadowed only by costs subsequently incurred in connection with the stock exchange listing and the costs deliberately assumed in the run-up to the acquistion of Austrian-based B.E.S.T. GmbH where the development is already very positive after a short period. Currency losses also played a further role in the present result,” commented Martin Kistner, COO at UR Holding S.p.A.

| 2007-07-11 // UR Holding S.p.A. acquires 100 percent in Austrian B.E.S.T. Electronics Distribution GmbH |

Strong-margin niche specialist strengthens Central European position of UR Holding
Extension of the supplier basis and technology portfolio Milan/Amberg, 11 July 2007: UR Holding S.p.A. has acquired 100 percent in Austrian B.E.S.T. Electronics Distribution GmbH. The company, which specialises in the strong-margin niche of selling high-margin electronic components and semiconductors, generated revenues of narrow EUR 1 million and a positive EBIT in the last fiscal year. Confidentiality was agreed on the purchase price. In the scope of UR Holding S.p.A.’s Central European strategy, the takeover was the first step in expanding its position in these territories. With this acquisition, the company has opened up another promising market in the context of its internationalisation strategy. What is more, this considerably simplifies the position for a market entry into East Europe. The objective of the acquisition is to achieve leverage by supplementing and adding to the existing supplier base and the product range. The new suppliers and technologies can be marketed in the nine countries which the UR Holding S.p.A currently covers worldwide. Suppliers from these countries can also utilise Austria as sales location via the UR Holding S.p.A. “With Karl Eder, the former owner of B.E.S.T. Electronics Distribution GmbH, we have gained a recognised expert in the area of semiconductors and sensor technology for the position of Managing Director. Both technologies are to be expanded in the future”, stated Giovanbattista Laghezza, CEO of UR Holding S.p.A. “In the medium term we expect above average sales and earnings growth for our investment in Austria – also a result of synergies effects within the group”, added Martin Kistner, COO at UR Holding S.p.A.

| 2007-07-06 // Metalink’s 802.11n WLANPlus™. Awarded Wi-Fi Alliance Certification |

|
July 2, 2007 – UR´s (www.ur-home.com) partner Metalink Ltd. (NASDAQ: MTLK), a provider of high-performance wireless and wireline broadband communication silicon solutions, today announced that its WLANPlus™ chipset has received the Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 802.11n draft 2.0 Certification by the Wi-Fi Alliance. The Certification was awarded after Metalink’s WLANPlus successfully passed the Wi-Fi Alliance’s demanding qualification tests, which are aimed at assuring that products fully comply with IEEE 802.11n draft 2.0 specifications.
Metalink’s WLANPlus chipset family presents the cutting edge technology of video-grade requirements for wireless home networks, supporting up to 300Mbps transmission speeds at both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands. WLANPlus chipset family offers over twice the reach of competing 802.11n solutions, provided by the implementation of a Maximum Likelihood (ML) decoder combined with advanced Forward Error Correction (FEC) scheme, using Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) technology. Since its introduction in 2006, Metalink’s WLANPlus chipset family has gained broad industry recognition as the best performing 802.11n technology. WLANPlus provides a state of the art solution for data, VoIP, gaming and HD video streaming applications, with complete and reliable coverage throughout the home. To guarantee QoS and optimize performance in home environments, WLANPlus also features sophisticated QoS mechanisms, such as Enhanced Distribution Channel Access (EDCA) with Admission Control and Fast Link Adaptation (FLA), and Dynamic Link Setup (DLS), significantly increasing network efficiency. In line with the specifications of the IEEE drafts for 802.11n Wi-Fi certification, WLANPlus is fully compliant with 802.11a/b/g-based legacy devices, as well as 802.11h (radar detection), 802.11i (security) and 802.11e Quality of Service (QoS). The new chipset supports optional standard features as well as proprietary algorithms to meet the critical demands required for multimedia applications such as lowest possible jitter, latency and packet loss.
"Metalink is a pioneer in CE-Grade pre-802.11n technology. Now that the Wi-Fi Alliance has started the official certification of 802.11n products, we are proud to receive the certification only a few days after the tests began. This validates our claims that WLANPlus is both best of breed 802.11n technology as well as fully compliant with the 802.11n draft 2.0 standard,” said Barry Volinskey, Metalink’s Vice President of WLAN Marketing. “We believe that the Wi-Fi Alliance’s decision to begin the certification process will accelerate the market penetration of 802.11n products, and we look forward to becoming a significant player in the standard-compliant 802.11n market.”
“We commend Metalink for achieving Wi-Fi certification for WLANPlus,” said Wi-Fi Alliance managing director Frank Hanzlik. “Having met the rigorous requirements for Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 802.11n draft 2.0 is quite an accomplishment, and reflects Metalink’s commitment to interoperable, protected next-generation Wi-Fi technology.”
